Shipping policy

Where we ship from. All orders are shipped from Spain.

Processing time. Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order is on its way.

Shipping costs and delivery times. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times for your country are shown at checkout before you pay.

Taxes and customs. For orders to Spain and the rest of the European Union, all taxes are included in the price. There are no customs or extra charges on delivery. For orders outside the EU (including Andorra, Switzerland, the UK and the US), import taxes or duties may be charged by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or delayed parcels. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us at hello@arenas.team and we will track it with the carrier.

Wrong address. Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
